PALACE GUEST SERVICES Quiet Room For certain events, a quiet room will be available for parents to wait for their children during a concert. The quiet room is usually located in the Palace Club and contains snacks and beverages for purchase. There is no admission to wait in the quiet room, however please call (248) 377-8240 prior to the event you are attending to make sure a quiet room is available.
ATMs For the convenience of our guests there are 3 Automated Teller Machines located at the Palace of Auburn Hills on the concourse at 104, 111 and 117. First Aid At all events a doctor and nurse are available courtesy of POH Medical Center for medical treatment. Please contact your host/hostess or report to the Guest Services office for assistance. Disabled Services When needing to purchase tickets for disabled seating, please contact the Palace Box Office at (248) 377-0154 or TTD at (248) 377-0188. Wheelchair assistance is available to take guests from venue entrance to their seats. However, guests may not rent or keep wheelchair escorts for the duration of the event. When wanting to leave the event, please contact your host/hostess to have a wheelchair escort brought to assist you. You do not need to call to reserve a wheelchair, escorts are done on a first come first serve basis.
Assisted Listening Devices are available free of charge for guests to use during an event. Please call the Guest Services department at (248) 377-8240 prior to the event to request the device to be set up. When arriving at the event, you may pick up the unit at the Guest Services office. A drivers license or state ID is required and will be held until the unit is returned. Lost and Found Lost & Found items may be claimed at the Guest Services offices during events, or call (248) 377-8240 during regular business hours to arrange for pick-up of any items. Items left over 30 days will be donated to charity. Lost Children Lost children will be taken to the Guest Services office. Please report to the nearest office should anyone get seperated from your group. Binoculars $15.00 Flashing Necklaces $10.00 Single Use Camera $9.00 Roses $5.00 Batteries (AA or AAA) $5.00 Glow Necklaces $3.50 Ear Plugs $2.00 Happy Birthday and Scoreboard Messages Birthday and Anniversary greetings may be put on the Palacevision screen for Detroit Pistons and Detroit Shock home games with a donation to the Pistons-Palace Foundation. Please call (248) 375-4040 at least 1 week in advance. Tours Tours at the Palace of Auburn Hills can be arranged through the Guest Services department by calling (248) 377-8666. Tours typically include viewing the arena, locker rooms, luxury suites, sound booth and more! Tours usually last approximately 1 1/2 hours and do not occur on event days. Cameras are welcome and encouraged. The cost is $5.00 for children and $7.00 for adults. Lock Out/Jump Start Lockouts, jump starts and assistance in changing flat tires are provided as a courtesy by Waterford Towing Co. and/or Palace Parking managers. Wristband Exchange When attending a general admission show at The Palace, guests with general admission tickets will need to exchange their tickets for wristbands at either the West atrium or East concourse across from 105/106. The wristbands will allow guests floor access for the show. Replacement wristbands will not be given if lost or stolen, so please make sure wristbands are secure before leaving the exchange area. Guests wishing to get their tickets back at the end of the show may do so by going back to the same location they traded in their tickets. |
