
Suite Catering
Welcome to The Palace of Auburn Hills. In order for us to make your event even more pleasurable, we would like to outline some helpful information.
To provide you with the highest quality of service available, we request that orders be placed a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event. For your convenience, orders may be placed by either fax or e-mail through the Suite catering office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
To process an order in advance, a credit card number with expiration date is required. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or cash for payment Please note: After hour faxes and e-mails are not guaranteed to be processed.
Food Delivery
We are committed to doing our utmost to ensure your hot food is delivered at the time you requested on your pre-order form. When pre-ordering food, you may select from four general time frames:
- Between 90 minutes and 60 minutes prior to the event.
- Between 60 minutes and 30 minutes prior to the event.
- Between 30 minutes prior and the start of the event.
- During the first hour of the event.
Suite Catering
Enjoy the lavish catering and professional service available to you in your luxurious suite at The Palace of Auburn Hills. The Suite Sensations menu specifically design by Corporate Executive Chef, Mario Etemad to exceed all the desires of even the most discriminating clientele. Featuring an all-encompassing menu certain to please all suite guests attending any event at The Palace from prime-rib of beef to chicken tenders and baby-back ribs. Our suite menu also provides a selection of menu items prepared with little or no added fat they are designated by a heart symbol throughout the menu. The Suite Sensations menu offers a full selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including an extensive wine selection to be ordered nightly or set-up on our par-bar ordering system. Also, each month Palace Restaurant Management Group will provide suiteholders with monthly catering specials featuring new and favorite menu items for your ordering convenience. For your convenience one of our professional suite servers will visit your suite throughout the event to provide any additional services you may need including restocking of your beverages. If you should need special assistance for bartending, food and drink serving in your suite for a special occasion please contact our Advanced Ordering Department to make these arrangements.

Palace Grille
The Palace Grille is open to the general public for lunch Monday-Friday for 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Located inside of the suiteholders entrance, it is a great place to meet clients or friends for lunch.
On event nights the Palace Grille is the exclusive dining area for suiteholders and royalty seatholders.
Corporate Executive Chef, Mario Etemad has created a menu to make every visit to the Palace Grille a new experience. The award-winning cuisine created by Chef Mario represents many regions around the world including tastes for Northern Italy and the Mediterranean. You may view our menu at www.palacenet.com.
The Palace Grille begins taking reservations 30 days in advance for all shows.

Par Beverage Stock
A par beverage stock is the restocking of beverages and bar needs per your specifications. Contact our Advance Ordering Department to set up your par beverage level. This service helps to ensure that you and your guests have adequate beverages on-hand and available immediately upon arrival at your suite. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover or cash for payment of food, beverages and services.
Alcoholic Beverages
Bringing any food or beverage into The Palace of Auburn Hills is strickly prohibited. By law any beverages to be consumed in the suites must be obtained from the Palace, and may not be removed from the building. Although it is the responsibility of the suite owner to ensure that no minors or intoxicated persons consume alcoholic beverages in their suite, the Palace reserves the right to check for proper identification and refuse service to persons who appear to be intoxicated.
Equipment
All suites are provides with a contemporary-style chafing unit for hot foods. This is a permanent part of the suite and should not be removed. Some cold items will be served on quality disposable trays. A supply of deluxe plasticware and napkins will be available in each suite. Should you desire to entertain on china, silverware or glassware, we can also make this available on a rental basis per person or place setting per event.
We are not responsible for stolen or lost property, articles or equipment. Please be sure to take your personal property with you when vacating your suite or secure it in your private, lockable cabinet. Loss, breakage or damage of equipment provided by Levy Restaurants will result in payment in full for said item.
Personalized Service
During events, suite servers will be assigned to deliver your food orders and are available to take additional orders. However, if you should require special assistance for bartending, food and drink serving, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary staff. An advance notice of three days is required for this service.
